FRUITY CHIA PUDDING

INGREDIENTS

  • ¼ cup chia seeds
  • 1 cup of light coconut milk
  • 1-2 scoops of exotic fruit Vitality Switch
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

METHOD

1 serving

  1. Add all the ingredients into a jar (or shaker) and make sure you shake well!
  2. Leave in the fridge over night to set.
  3. Serve into a jar or glass, top with fruit, yoghurt, or granola
  4. Easy, healthy summer treat! Enjoy.
