INGREDIENTS
- ¼ cup chia seeds
- 1 cup of light coconut milk
- 1-2 scoops of exotic fruit Vitality Switch
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
METHOD
1 serving
- Add all the ingredients into a jar (or shaker) and make sure you shake well!
- Leave in the fridge over night to set.
- Serve into a jar or glass, top with fruit, yoghurt, or granola
