Orders
Will I receive an order confirmation?
Yep! All ET Nutrition orders will receive an order confirmation email once an online order has been placed. You will also receive a second email notification with your tracking details once your order has been dispatched.
I haven’t received an order confirmation.
Please double check whether you have entered your email address correctly at the checkout as a first step. If it all looks correct, your order confirmation email may have landed in your junk or spam folder. If you still haven’t received your order confirmation, please reach out to us via nutrition@etfitness.com.au and quote your order number, name and email address, and we will look into it for you.
What happens if I receive an incorrect item or there is a problem with my order?
If you have double checked your order and any items are incorrect, please contact us via nutrition@etfitness.com.au, quoting your order number, name, email address, and the details of the error, and we will look into it and get back to you as soon as possible with a resolution.
What is your returns policy?
We do not offer returns or refunds unless there has been an error in your order or you have received a damaged product. Please see our Returns Policy for more information or contact us directly via nutrition@etfitness.com.au.
Shipping
Where do you ship to?
We offer Australia-wide shipping, however if you are finding that your address is not being accepted at the checkout, please contact us and we will look into it. And yes, we are working on shipping internationally - watch this space!
Can I track my order?
You will receive a tracking link via email once your order has been processed and dispatched. Please allow up to 3 business days for dispatch. Once your parcel is scanned through by the courier, you can track the progress of your order as it is in transit.
What if I haven’t received my order?
If you have not received your order in the expected timeframe, please check other locations around your property, and with anyone else at your address to ensure it hasn’t been missed. Please also check if you have received a calling card, as this will indicate if your delivery was unsuccessful, or if your parcel has been taken to a collection point for pick up. Otherwise, please do not hesitate to contact us via nutrition@etfitness.com.au or 0400 789 852 and we will get in touch with the courier.

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept AfterPay, PayPal, Visa, Visa Debit, MasterCard, American Express, ZipPay, Shop Pay, Google Pay, and Apple Pay.
I forgot to use my discount code, can it still be applied?
We are not able to apply discount codes or gift cards once an order has been placed. If you have any further questions, please contact us on nutrition@etfitness.com.au.
