INGREDIENTS
- 2 Weetbix
- 1/3 cup of your choice of milk
- ½ cup of yoghurt
- 1 scoop of peanut butter toffee protein switch
- 1 banana
- Drizzle of sugar free caramel sauce
METHOD
- Add the Weetabix to a container and mix with milk
- In a separate bowl, mix the yoghurt with the protein switch
- Add the yoghurt mixture on top of the weetbix and leave to set overnight in the fridge
- Top with sliced banana and caramel sauce.
