Peanut Butter Choc Crunchy Slice

120g Rice Malt Syrup

120g Melted Peanut Butter

MIX these together in a large bowl


Add in 120g of Rice Puffs (we like to use Freedom Foods GF)

Add in 40g of WPI Protein powder

Fold into the PB and Malt mixture until all coated


Pour the mix into a lined baking tray


150g melted chocolate (Lindt no sugar dark chocolate) pour all over the top- of the baking tray mixture until all covered. 


Put it in the freezer for 1 hour then slice up ready to go!
