The Banana Twist Protein Smoothie

INGREDIENTS

  • 4 tbso. rolled oats
  • 2 cups (480ml) almond milk, unsweetened
  • 1 banana
  • 1 apple
  • 1 tsp. ground cardamom
  • 2 scoops (50g) vanilla protein powder

METHOD

1. Place all the ingredients into a high-speed blender and blend until smooth. Serve straight away.
