INGREDIENTS
- 1 cup (150g) blueberries, frozen
- 1 medium bananas, ripe
- 4 tbsp. rolled oats
- 2 tbsp. almond butter
- 2 cups (480ml) almond milk, unsweetened
- 2 medjool dates
- 2 scoops (50g) vanilla protein powder
METHOD
1. Place all the ingredients into a high-speed blender and blend until smooth. Serve straight away.
