What To Expect

Endure will provide a boost in muscle cell hydration, improve your endurance, and give you a kick start in recovery all while rstimulating muscle protein synthesis and reducing the risk of muscle protein breakdown.

Key features of Endure include:
- 10 g of Essential Amino Acids (EAAs) and 7.5 g of Branched Chain Amino Acids (BCAAs) per serve
- Electrolytes for muscle hydration
- Improved endurance, and recovery
- Astragin for improved amino acid absorption
- Stimulates muscle protein synthesis by providing all 9 essential amino acids

How To Use

Mix 1 scoop with about a cup of water, or into your water bottle, and consume either during or after your workout.

Flavour is delicious - tastes EXACTLY like you're swallowing a handful of red frogs!
DOMs aren't nearly as bad as they usually are a couple of days after a training session, and it helps to keep me hydrated even on days that I'm not working out. Will definitely be keeping this as a staple in my supplement stash!
