I had no idea what Longevity was before this book

Before finding ET Fitness I had NO idea what Longevity and bio hacking even meant! But I was so interested in learning about living a lifestyle that created energy, health and just feeling good for me and for my family. This book covered all the topics and is a great introduction to Longevity! I am so excited to start implementing some of the habits right away.
